is there a link to the regional pool list? I thought it came out today, did it not? I saw an email for sending out invitation in mid-August.

DS didn’t tryout well and didn’t make the list. Congratulations to all who made it. It was a wonderful experience and great set of talented boys and girls.

They are checking the parents' credit reports to verify they can stay in for the long haul.

Anyone know when the Eastern Regional roster on the boys side will be announced? Doesn't seem like it should take this long. It's been over a week and nothing is going to change with time. It's not like these coaches are going to see any of these boys again to make a better informed decision. What's the hold up?

So don't know if all age groups were like this, but at the end of the second day they made the boys who didnt make it watch the players who did play against each other. Ninety plus degrees out, they've been busting their asses for two straight days, then fully insult them making them sit through a game for a team they didn't make. We've been to many tryouts, but have never seen that much flagrant disregard for the kids.


What age group was this?


That was 08 boys. Normally at tryouts, they just thank the kids for coming and say we'll let you know kind of thing. These coaches made the kids, who never had a sniff of the best field, sit and watch a final game with the kids who had been told they made it. Many parents were pissed with them adding insult to injury.


Thats not right, the boys are young, they shouldn’t have to sit and watch selected kids, let them play
