This is our first year at Linder. My child has shown significant improvement. There are more pros than cons.

FWIW, I have heard they are working on accreditation for the upper school.

Does anyone have recommendations for other similar schools?

That has not been our kid’s experience so far. We’ve been really impressed by the teachers and the structure of the day seems to be working very well. I really like how they are working with all the kids to understand how to manage blocks, juggle assignments, and practice study skills—everyone gets practice and no one feels singled out. I also think they’ve done a did a nice job with the space. I knew this year would be rocky but it’s going better than I’d hoped. All that said, I’m interested in hearing the specific issues you’ve seen crop up!

The new Linder MS campus is open in the basement and is a hot mess!!! The head of school is one who says anything often enough to make believe that it is true. She has brought in every warm body she can to have enough kids for a proof of concept for her investors to help her pay for renovations to the building. New teachers have minimal experience. No accreditation insight. Stay away!
