Honestly, all thats needed to look good over 40 is good health. Work out, eat your veggies and get some rest.

That alone will put you ahead of 70% of people.

I think the key here is do you put in the work and and do you feel good about yourself? Then you’ll likely -with some grooming- look good! I say this as I eat a Turkey and cheese sandwich, which JLo wouldn’t touch with a ten foot pole!

Skincare and sunscreen and veggies, and good style and you’ll feel good!

I like amy adams. I think the picture difference is due to her tan, the cut of the dress, and her smile. The dress in the first picture is a super flattering cut. The blue dress is weird and her boobs look huge which makes her look heavier. And it looks like she was more toned in the first picture. I can believe that body shape changes, especially after this last year! She might not be as focused on workouts.

Agreed on both! I forgot about Martha Stewart - agreed she has done a great job of aging gracefully and looking good.

Oh wow, I see why people are talking about Amy Adams. She’s definitely older than I thought she was - she looks fantastic. I thought she was in the age group of like Natalie Portman etc but she’s several years older.

Her hair is just so freaking gorgeous and her face is aging very nicely. Still has such a sparkle to her.
