Really? Not PP, but some people get hungry and need to eat. I eat a lot compared to a lot of people I know and my BMI is holding steady at about 20-20.5. One small meal a day is not going to cut it. As long as I eat healthy food (and avoid junk and drinking calories) I don't have to watch what I eat that much.
