Are you expecting them to hold you down or something? Requiring it for employment isn't forcing you against your will. You'll just have to find a new job.

i would never hire a nanny during pandemic, or keep one, and would absolutely require vaccination before hiring a nanny now. I know a family who let go of their nanny in March 2020 for the fear of exposure and the nanny has been collecting unemployment, so she was fine, and no one was stressed out about the other potentially giving them covid.

Lol. I'm a nanny myself and parents have the right to have someone masked in their home or let them go. There's no violation here. I myself have a cleaner who comes once a month and so far still hesitant on the vaccine so still wears a mask. If she didn't, I'd stop having her over.
Apparently, you cannot read as I said that a mask was sufficient.

Lol. I'm a nanny myself and parents have the right to have someone masked in their home or let them go. There's no violation here. I myself have a cleaner who comes once a month and so far still hesitant on the vaccine so still wears a mask. If she didn't, I'd stop having her over.
