This I think people complain to HR when others wear scents! I don’t wear any but a dab of oil on your wrist or just a nice smelling shampoo that gives a trace is nice.
People might complain to HR, but the workplace is only 8 hours a day for most people. It’s not going to stop people from wearing scents elsewhere and the perfume industry boomed during the pandemic.
