Carjacking in our area is not as bad as people think.
I saw a deadly carjacking recently in the news but could remember if it happened in DC or MD. When ai tried to search for it, I saw many deadly carjacking happened all over the country. Here are a few involved in youth.
Why any 14 years old wanted to risk their own life to forcefully to take other people’s car?
Is it the fault of the system?
