But, if you go over to the relationship forum, you will see women on this board harass and ridicule women that have been cheated on. When a man posts the same thing, they fawn and express sympathy. It’s strange.

Yes, absolutely it is possible. It happened to me. Not exactly the same in terms of the specifics of the ex's double life, but yes anyone had hide anything if they really want to.
Also, look at the story of the BTK serial killer and how his family was clueless.

Her Instagram profile seems to support this theory — the constant strive to look like she has the “perfect” life. Moreover there are rumors that she wasn’t exactly faithful either.
It sounds like his drug use has gotten out of control - he posted he had to take a drug test before she would let him see the kids...
Not quite correct. He posted the court order showing he is required to submit to the drug testing (dummy...his attorneys must be ripping their hair out). This was likely requested by her/her attorneys and subsequently ordered by the judge, for a good reason, with evidence to support it.
