I don't think it is true, but the grandparents of the 11-year-old were at the vigil last night for the baby, and so they were on the news coverage of it.
Charles Allen will be pushing for the murderers’ release in 15 years.
Under his legislation, judge will not be allowed to consdier age of victims.
