I don't think it actually changes much for soccer. The limit was 25 before. It incorporates by reference the paragraphs from the prior order that contain exceptions for youth actively playing sports, and also for capacity in excess of 25 to allow one spectator per child. Sometimes our county has interpreted things different than I read it, but my reading of the order doesn't change anything from the one last week for outdoor soccer.
