You cannot know this for a fact. You would actually have to play the games.
Ive watched both play and yes I know Burke would win too. They are more technical, tactical, faster, and more athletic.

They should do more with the bridge teams but coaches like BN can’t handle that there is talent in places that he doesn’t control.
It’s difficult when the bridge teams are paying half of what the academy teams are paying. Remember it is still a business. It would make more sense if the bridge teams were to form their own travel club. We know that isn’t financially prudent at this point. Both sectors kind of near each other right now. It’s a win -win for both sides right now. The hope is the bridge teams get some exposure under the academy umbrella to both show the academy their talent level and maybe make the move from bridge and also keeps the Bryc elite side have a bigger club presence.
From a BRYC perspective, I'd be interested in seeing bridge teams play against the academy teams. I'm not sure they'd always get the result they apparently take for granted.
I’ve seen them scrimmage. The bridge teams wouldn’t come close to the Elite teams. Maybe within a few goals to the 2nd Elite teams.

The person in charge of the girls at BRYC does not make anywhere near $150k. No idea about the head of the boys.
Okay...what do you think they make
It's not even half of $150k. Running the BRYC girls isn't even the person's full-time, primary job. The coaches they employ, at least at the older age groups, all played at a high level but none of them are full-time, licensed coaches. They all have regular jobs.
Maybe that's the problem.
Coaches can have regular jobs and still be licensed.

I personally don’t think this model will work out . I think it just buys them more time to hope some breakout team or teams come to light. The problem I see is that they don’t do a good enough job developing their B and C team players and get stuck with the same A teams that max out their potential way too early. They really should do a better job integrating their player pool more in games not just training. This mistake is starting to now show up in their Ecnl teams who’s are struggling and appear to have maxed out at the u12-u13 age.
