And both have bad values and are bad people.
Let's just say it: if you're a Republican in 2020, you're a bad person, at best someone I will never associate with, and someone opposed to fundamental American values.
Raging liberal Democrat here and this is ridiculous and has to stop. We can’t keep dehumanizing people who disagree with us. Political beliefs are a spectrum and people can be conservative and good. I have a hard time seeing the rabid trump supporters as good, but trump is an extreme. Especially when considering down ballot races and initiatives, there’s lots of space for various political beliefs. We have to keep talking and we have to keep an open mind if we’re ever going to get back to getting things done.

That's the way I think of it too. Your politics reflect your values. Politics is not a game or a spectator sport - the people you choose to vote for and elect make a real difference in many people's lives. Those who choose a person that will hurt others are not people of good value and character, and I would not want to be married to them.

Because I think that it would speak to his character.
Any man who supports banning abortions, supporting racism & believes that COVID-19 is a hoax is not someone I would even want to meet for lunch...
much less spend the rest of my life with.
Just curious, is being against open borders considered racist?
I'm pro-choice, believe people should wear masks. I am not voting for Trump, but I am voting against the progressive agenda.
Biden does not want open borders. I am very liberal and I do not want open borders.
