NP - no one can claim "every club" has the track record of placing high-level college commits like FCV and McLean can. That's not really debatable. That being said, however, the landscape is changing here in the DMV. Starting with the 06s or 07s, there are now many other choices for high end soccer (on the girls side). I think it's a bad assumption to think that the two clubs will perennially remain as the top two clubs in the area. When they were the only two choices, that's where the top talent WENT to (read: not necessarily developed at), and hence, were the most highly recruited.
+1
Downhill from here for McLean at least on the girls side.

A total of 22 players signed their National Letters of Intent at a ceremony at Lewinsville Park surrounded by their families and MYS staff members. Both the boys and girls sides were represented, as well as players from both ECNL and travel programs.
Many of the girl’s commitments come from the ECNL 02/03 team, who have gone undefeated for the last 45 ECNL conference games. Three players from the ECNL boy’s side are also represented.
15 players will be continuing their careers at NCAA Division I institutions, while the remaining seven will be heading to NCAA Division III schools. While our DIII players were celebrated this week with our other commitments, they will not be officially signing their Letters of Intent until spring 2021.

McLean can put those recruiting results up against any team in the DMV.
I would say every club in the DMV can say the exact same thing. McLean is not special. And neither is South Florida or some low level ACC team. Unless they can claim a UNC, UVA, etc... they are not special in any way. We could post all the club commits here side by side and no one would be able to pick the club. Just be proud of your kid and stop living THEIR life.
Define "every."
FVC, VDA, PWSI, Loudoun, Richmond
OK -- Richmond isn't the DMV, and I'm not sure PWSI produces the talent it used to, especially because it's part of VDA.
That's not exactly "every." There are clubs in the GA, ECNL and MLS Next that aren't producing that many solid college players.
