My hair is the same color as hers and it’s brown. It’s brown, people.

I think the dress is lovely. It is a color I love to wear. But I think it is not a politically astute move.
This! Duh... what’s wrong with a nice navy or taupe or charcoal.
I have the same coloring as ACB— pale skin, brown hair, blue eyes— and all of these colors wash me out and make me look like I am at death’s door. People with our complexion need color near our faces to bring it out of our oatmeal-colored skin.
She doesn't have brown hair.
What color would you say her hair is?

A warm dark blonde, yes. But a FAR cry away from being brunette

She's dirty blonde, not brown. She is definitely, definitely not a brunette!

I love this dress. The color is fun and it has nice detailing. A very nice change from the black and navy she always wears.
Her hair looks kind of auburn to me. But maybe it’s the lighting.

I don't agree that she should have worn a suit. I think it's very appropriate and I don't think there is a need for any woman to wear a suit any more. It's an outdated idea that says suits - i.e. what men wear - are more appropriate for formal events. Women's formal wear can be different, and a formal dress is appropriate.
This. All the people mentioning the Handmaid's Tale are reaching so hard they're going to pull a muscle. Either that, or their monitors are distorting the color.
It's close enough that more than one of us saw it.
