The law says salaries must be market rate for non-profit employees. Alexandria is breaking that law.
Alexandria isn’t LMVSC, Gunston, etc. There’s adult programs, Pro CCL, now in MLS EDP, invested futsal program. Hard to compare markets when the services aren’t the same.
