You can’t be too skinny or too wealthy.

I beg to differ.

+1 it was really terrible, I watched the whole thing and now I need never think of it again. It demands nothing of us and gives nothing back. Like drinking room temperature water.

Agree entirely.

As a character, Sylvie was relentlessly tiresome and smug. And as annoying as Emily could be, I really wanted her to gell Sylvie to go f*ck herself.

I think you’re throwing around a term you don’t understand. “Statutory rape“ which is not really used in a legal context in this country anyway only refers to somebody who is below the age of consent having sexual contact of any kind. So the crime, if one is committed, is sexual assault because consent is not recognized by the law. That said, the age of consent in France is 15. The age of consent in the US varies by state but most commonly is 16. In my state and probably in yours a 16 year old can have sex and sex with anybody they want. You may think it’s creepy but as long as both parties are consenting it’s not illegal.

I had chills the entire time Mindy sang when her friends were in town. I also found pleased to see the lack of Botox, especially on the “older” women.

I was prepared not to like it and binged the entire thing until 2 am. Loved every episode. Exactly what I need right now.

It's never polite to correct someone's grammar or pronunciation without being asked first. Bad manners.

In the EU country where I live, people will correct you firmly because they feel this is helpful and that you are clearly trying to learn. Many people think that this country's people are 'cold', but really they are just doing what they would want someone to do for them.

That's fair. When in Rome and all.
