Well, unless Biden gets over 300 EC votes, expect the Nov 3rd election to be judicially contested with all sorts of militias intimidating EC voters and whatnot.

Damn. There is some humanity in there somewhere.
I think he was tipped off that it was likely to happen, and told what he had to say.

Senate GOP represents 15 million fewer Americans than Senate Dems
Senate Ds got 18 million more votes than Senate Rs in 2018
There has never been majority support for Trump, GOP or their agenda

Which one?
Don't engage it's a troll.
Michelle on the SCOTUS would be great. She’s sharp as a tack, a lawyer, and could continue RBG’s legacy.
Bonus is that the GOP would lose their collective minds for the next couple of decades.
Yes, but she has very little judicial experience and even the legal experience she does have does not really apply. The confirmation hearings would be very, very ugly and I doubt she would want to go through that, let alone want the job. She has been adamant in the past about wanting to stay out of politics and I can't imagine that a rigorous job as a supreme court justice would be any more appealing.
There are several black women jurists that are significantly more qualified and would be far better and far less controversial picks.
