I hope they’re getting arrested.

You mean, Trump supporters being held to the same standards as everybody else?
That would be a first.

I worked that station yesterday. Once they were moved, they had a right to make a ruckus if they wanted. They were enthusiatic. I heard them outside, but, I wasn't aware they were protesting early voting. I thought they were just shouting "Trump!" and "4more years! I didn't see them blocking the doors. They may have just been in the way of the line or too close to the building. (All political speech has to stay so many feet back from the door).

If they were actually protesting early voting, it is ironic that they came inside and VOTED EARLY!

I saw them and served them.

No, they don’t. That is intimidation.

Yes. How do I know they won't rough us up, like Trump made them do at rallies?

Until someone makes a threstening gesture, you can't presume evil intention. But, there were voters who felt harrassed, and that's why the waiting voters were brought inside to wrap around the hallways. It was all handled well, and that's how democracy should work!

They look threatening to me. Especially without masks on.

If they think they will stop us from voting, they have another thing coming.

Well considering they broke zero laws, there was no reason to arrest them. You people are such fools.

“Election officials said that the group stayed about 100 feet from the entrance to the building and, contrary to posts on social media, were not directly blocking access to the building.”
NYT

They aren't wearing masks. That's a pretty good reason to arrest them.

They aren't required to wear masks outside. Only inside. They did have masks when they came in to vote.

I would not want to risk them becoming violent at a polling station. I don't know if what they are doing is technically illegal, but it's certainly scary. I just don't trust them not to start shooting people - or running them over with cars. Then they get their whole mob to start chanting about how they're very fine people for doing it, and it's all just self-defense.

They really do just prove who they are every day, don't they.

I don’t see it as a threat. They’re just stupidly out there yelling. I’d give them the finger and saunter on by.

What if this happens in open carry states?

Virginia is an open carry state. Is there an ordinance in Fairfax against it? I’ll bet these fascists will next be carrying. All we need is some idiot to have an accidental discharge and a one sided war will erupt.

Just last week, Fairfax county made it illegal to have weapons in government buildings.

And then one of them decides you're dangerous and shoots you, and the president gives them a medal for doing it, and Ann Coulter starts a legal defense fund, then we have a 260 page thread here on this free website about how you'd gotten arrested for a misdemeanor once - peeing on the sidewalk after a party, let's say - and so really the person who killed you was doing a public service.

I try to avoid mobs of Trumpsters, especially when they are riled up like that. You just don't know what they are going to do. It's not safe for normal people once they get started.

I’m really not at all afraid of them. I’ve been know to point, laugh and take pictures of far-right protestors before, including Westboro Baptist. They don’t know how to respond if you don’t get angry or take them seriously.
