It is illegal for police to use deadly force unless they are in danger of deadly force used on them. A single man reaching for a gun in a car doesn’t meet this standard. Period.

I would love to see someone FOIA the emails and text messages of these Democratic officials to see where their marching orders came from. I'm sure Judicial Watch is already on it. Of course, I expect it will take 3-4 years for such records to be produced. Very easy to drag your feet as a public official, even forcing FOIA requestors to take you to court and compel production. Or maybe the e-mails will just magically disappear when the computer server they're stored on crashes, is accidentally overwritten (and Bleach Bitted), or somehow gets lost.
