Can it even be considered Rio Grande anymore? I'm assuming you're talking about the current Uncle Julio's, formerly Uncle Julio's Rio Grande, formerly Rio Grande? After a location change, two name changes, and the corporate acquisition it's got more in common with McDonald's than Rio Grande.

Jaleo (I like Spanish Diner but it’s not Jaleo. Had dinner there last week and it was maybe 10% full).

The restaurant behind the CVS across from Bradley Shopping Center, whose name I can’t remember. Casual American food.
The Bean Bag is now off of Gude in Rockville. Same GREAT sandwiches, soups and salads. https://www.thebeanbag.com/

The second was Cafe Delux. We will miss that despite the fact it went way downhill towards the end.

YES! My whole family loved this. We were so disappointed that Piccolo Piatti (same owners) didn’t put this pizza on their menu.
