He’s a moron for other reasons than that. Also, a complete scumbag.
Naaaa, just a moron for not covering his tracks. Other than that, he’s a nice guy.
Oh- so you are the one banging him?
Anyone that lies and de wives their spouse and potentially exposes them to STIs is not a good person. Bad moral character and zero integrity. Ok, but nice.

I found a burner phone in his toolbox of all places. Nothing was deleted.
There was photos. Trips they’ve taken together that I thought was a guys trip. They’ve met at his house, air bnbs, parking lots, everywhere.
He complained about me. About our vanilla intimate life. He was texting her goodnight last night.
We don’t have kids together. She’s a single mom. I feel sick. I know who she is - just a Facebook friend. They knew eachother before I even met him. He’s said things to her how he’s always had a crush on her.
I feel sick.
No one addressed the “vanilla intimate life?”
Maybe that’s the main contributing factor in this whole thing?

Kick him out (unless it is his house, you were a bit unclear), or leave ASAP.
You deserve better.
Keep the phone? For what? Use as evidence? Courts don’t care about that. It’s 50/50 unless stated otherwise.
That’s not true, cheating is considered in alimony for divorces. Depends on where OP lives.

Yes it is... Best friends ex-wife had pages of text messages of his affair. Didn’t increase the dollar amount she received.
Text messages aren’t proof. To prove an affair you have to prove physical affection and opportunity. This is why people hire Private investigators. Get pictures of them kissing and entering a hotel room. It does affect alimony in some states including Virginia.

Separate today. Move toward divorce. You dodged a bullet. You don't have kids. You can start over.
I agree.
