The confusing thing is that there's a distinction between the series of executive orders that have been informally referred to as the "stay-at-home order" and the specific language that ordered people to stay in their homes unless they were performing one of the "essential activities" identified in the order.
MoCo Executive Order 067-20 (Effective 5-15-20) included the stay-at-home language. However, this paragraph was removed when the order was amended by MoCo Executive Order 070-20 (Effective 6-1-20).
However, because Executive Order 070-20 still contains restrictions on activities, mostly as they relate to businesses, it is still informally referred to as the "stay-at-home order," even though the board stay-at-home paragraph is no longer part of the order.
I don't think the poster claiming the stay-at-home order is still in effect is coming back. I wonder if he/she actually thought it was still in effect, or if he/she just wanted us to think that.

Acute care bed utilization, which is at 2/14. However, the 3-day average is 71%, just above the benchmark of 70%. Moreover, 70% is normal, pre-pandemic utilization.
Cases, which are at 6/14. However, with positivity rates down and testing up, more cases are the result of more testing.
So really, the dashboard is about as good as it’s going to get.

Not only that, but at this point the order mainly isn't *allowing* specific activities, it's instead *prohibiting* a set of activities. If an activity isn't specifically addressed by the order (or some other regulation from the state/county), then it's allowed. The prohibitions mainly apply to businesses, rather than personal activities.
