Nadir is a good recruiter more than he is a developer of players-that's why he sticks to the older/more successful teams that have already been put through their paces.

Along with Layton (Bethesda) and Quaranta (Pipeline) probably the four best active girls coaches in the larger DC/Baltimore area. Wish my kids club could get one of those four to run the show.

The feedback on Nadir has been mixed. Love/hate.

Same with Clyde.

Mostly love and respect. You can always find a couple knuckleheads that hate good coaches.

He's been around for years and has a reputation for being able to place kids in schools. I imagine being someone who can afford McLean also helps there, though.

Have other ECNL offers gone out to outside players who are actually accepting them (non 08's)? When will they offer to current players?

I hear she's taking them to BRYC 04. better chance of keeping them together and some of her friends coach there. we'll see how it shakes out

That actually makes a lot of sense. That team needs some talent infusion.

Yeah. Nobody believes this. Thanks FCV dad. Nice laugh!

FCV has their own issues to worry about so please stay out of our business

OP here. The note was obviously sarcastic. Communication at MU and FCV is non-existent.

Incorrect, the DA clubs have had zoom meetings. Communication has been very good.

Not according to parents I have spoken to recently. Especially non DA parents at FCV.

that's because FCV couldn't care less about the Non-DA teams.
