Maybe that’s where the diagnosed Arlington resident works.

But I thought he worked in Quantico. Now he works in Crystal City?

This is a new case in Arlington va.
Jeff, I understand you don’t want so many threads on coronavirus, but this is why someone wanted to start an Arlington only thread in the va schools forum.
The health and medicine board has too many nonlocals on it.

The linked article Here says it is not a new case.

It says 3rd case, separate from Quantico. 60s patient on cruise.

The Arlington case is different from the Ft Belvoir Marine.

I believe the Ft Belvoir Marine lives in Quantico. The Arlington man works in that Crystal City building.

This article says the Crystal City case is the previously-reported Quantico Marine.

"ARLnow hears that the tenant is the Dept. of Defense and the employee is the Marine at Ft. Belvoir previously reported to have tested positive for the virus."

He's a Marine, so he might live in the barracks or in base housing at Quantico and his office or duty station is in Crystal City. Assigned or sent to Ft. Belvoir for medical care.

I get that potential scenario but when it was first released this weekend the press conference/release said he worked at Quantico and was in the hospital at Ft Belvoir. So now a few days later they say he worked in Crystal City? I get very frustrated with lack of transparency and bad communication. I believe with more and consistent info from the government the less panic and less speculation. What’s next?

No one said definitively if he works in Crystal City. A Crystal City building was shut down as a precaution due to a positive case and people are speculating whether it is related to the FIRST case (Marine in Quantico) or the the THIRD case (Arlington person just diagnosed).

Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds. Use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer only if soap and water are not available.
Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth.
Cover your mouth and nose with a tissue or your sleeve (not your hands) when coughing or sneezing.
Clean and disinfect frequently touched objects and surfaces.
Stay home when you are sick.
Avoid contact with sick people.
Avoid non-essential travel.
