Since Flynn pleaded guilty to multiple traitorous felonies, is he still getting his $100k+ military retirement? If so why? Rules are it is canceled upon conviction. I wish the media would explore this.

Yes it was disclosed and it’s been in the media forever that Flynn flipped because they were going after his son.
That's different. Even though he flipped, there is no evidence that he did it in exchange for not prosecuting his son. And, if that was the reason, it should have been in the plea agreement.
How has this been common knowledge for YEARS if they kept it secret?

It was, if they were threatening Flynn with prosecution of his son, but also telling his attorneys that they won't prosecute his son. Either way, it wasn't disclosed as part of the plea agreement, and the effort to hide it to avoid disclosure requirements is a problem.

No. Flynn's former attorneys are saying that there was a backroom deal between them and the prosecutor, but that the prosecutor didn't want it disclosed. That is the problem.
His new lawyer is saying that, not his old lawyers.
