There’s nothing more wrong than the way we treat African American and Latinos in this country. Please get off your high horse.
Incorrect - we get shared custody of the children here and our husbands don't have 30 kids with 5 wives. Middle East is still stuck in the dark ages and women barely have any rights. You get off your high horse. It's horrible to be a woman in the Middle East - Hispanic who worked in Dubai.
Large families with multiple wives only pertains to the ultra rich and or royal families of the Gulf Arab states. The majority of Gulf Arabs are normal. I grew up there. Please don’t spew your uninformed and xenophobic comments here. The ultra rich in America have a wife and several mistresses. Men like that even became our President. It doesn’t mean most American families are like that.
Your anecdote does not hold up as it is legal for men in the Gulf to have multiple wives and not in the US. And women have no legal protections regarding custody of their children in the event of a divorce, and here they do.

She and her children will have a massive lifestyle adjustment, and that's even if he bothers paying. No way is it going to be enforced he's a royal, and if he tried, he'd pull his investments out of the UK, and the UK is dependent on their money, so it's basically all for show.
But the worst of it is Hay and her children are going to spend the rest of their lives or at least until the Sheik dies looking over their shoulders, He is not a good man, go read up on what he did to his one daughter and what he's accused of doing to another daughter and wife. It's very unlikely that he will just let this go, pay the money and make nice.

What is to become of that?
No charges filed?
White Privilege
No it was the other bodyguards who knew. They were the blackmail. Not sure how the Sheik found out though.
