And, you don't think any other retail company does that. They all do. You do realize that newly enlisted military families also qualify for food stamps.


I don’t care that other companies are doing it too. It is gross. Amazon is a predatory company and should be broken up.

He's not running those companies, others are. Those workers wanted higher wages. They now pay way over minimum wage in most areas but in order to do that, they had to cut other areas. Its a trade off. Many are actually better off on public benefits and a lower wage, especially for child care and health care.

This. Unless a teacher preps the class ahead of time, most teenagers wouldn't know who the guy was. Much less teens who are struggling, or whose parents are trying to figure out how they are going to feed everyone.
