I’m an unlimited member and got this email. No idea how deep into their mailing list they sent it. Several gym/studio chains have sent their own version.

I love solidcore and think it’s worth the money, but I was disappointed in their “this is what we’re doing to prevent the spread of Coronavirus” email. They list lots of great things about cleaning etc., but when it comes to high-fiving and hands-on adjustments they recommend you tell your instructor before class if it makes you uncomfortable. For adjustments, fine. But we’re doubling down on the sweaty high-fives with strangers? What???? Shouldn’t the message be “we recommend you don’t touch other people in class unless necessary.” Seriously Solidcore, please just tell everyone to do air high-fives. I guarantee you every single person in class is thinking it, but nobody wants to be the client who takes the instructor aside to say don’t touch me and don’t encourage me to touch other people.

Is Solidcore essentially a strength training workout? So you still need to do cardio elsewhere? I currently do OrangeTheory and love that it is a combination cardio and strength training workout.
