Yes, I have a female friend who is slightly more wealthy, and she is in demand by younger poorer men. It's working both ways now.

He will probably dump her before she hits 50 and find another one about 45. That is the perfect age for an older guy (from an older guy). It's the age I prefer and it doesn't change as I get older.

Not necessarily. Lots of people in their 70s and 80s are very active. I'm on the BOD of a company with a man 86 who moves likes he's 46 and is as sharp as someone half his age.

Love them or hate them Biden, Trump, Clinton, Romney, ...hell, any of you ever met Conyers? I think marrying someone younger is probably really good for your health.

I have a friend who has done this too. He first husband (her age) was an abusive dick. She then found a much older man who actually looks like he could be her grandfather. It’s so odd to see them hugging and kissing. However, he’s very sweet to her and well off and they have similar interests. To each his own I guess.

Hopefully, that younger wife with the big extended family that she flies on trips with them around the world - wouldn't have blown all his money by then, or she is screwed. But I doubt it.

It might be fun in your 40's to travel with your retired partner who is 20-25 years older however by the 50's-60's you will be taking care of health issues.

Then when you are getting old and dealing with life's issues you will do it alone. Hopefully the money made by the husband will last for the woman's elder care otherwise she will face her elder years in poverty.

I see your point, but a "younger model" sure looks like daddy issues, which is creepy - and should be embarrassing, if they know any better. I get it, they are adults and can do what they want, but they can't expect for almost everyone not to judge them.

I'm not sure what the big deal is. My DH is 22ys older than me. The only downside is I'll spend 22yrd on the back side of life possibly alone.

I love the fact that he's retired and I'm in my 40s (don't work) and can travel with him all over the world. He's much more fit than most men my age. Weve hiked Kilamanjaro, hiked the iinca Trail, Mt Hood, Denali. He used to be a marathon runner, but now can't run more than a 10k due to joints, but he goes out on daily ocean swims and bikes all over the place. I guess this is what happens when you're not chained to a desk.

I know a 45 year old woman who listed her age as 55 so she could attract older, rich guys who wanted to date someone closer to their own age. It worked.

The guy is fun, they seem to be a great couple, and she has an amazing life. When I say she's traveled the world, I mean it. They've been everywhere, and they travel regularly. She's done charity work, too.
