His inability to articulate himself aside, yes, we are both right.
However, I don't carry a league flag and promote it as if it is some type saving grace.
"Thanks for buying my 80 dollar DA T-shirt. Now put it on and spread the gospel. "
BTW, you never got back to me about USSF using the DA as a business model to generate revenue. Did your findings conflict with your initial beliefs?

Super easy to question motivation from keyboard. Nobody says it is perfect. It is one model. If the shoe doesn’t fit for you, there are other options.
It’s like we are entitled to have a perfect system that accommodates everyone.
Lol. Pay up, shut up, and take what we give you
Soup Nazi's
You are a moron man. Just stop. Every single club and league/entity is doing this for money. DA ECNL EDP CCL NCSL ODP ERL. All of them. And yes USSF is a joke. So what would you have us do genius? Go play for a start up club of our child is a high level player just to stick it to the USSF? That’s brilliant.
You can rage about the system, but rage about the system. You rage about the STJ and FCV like they invented this crap system. That shows you’re a bitter moron. Please tell us what club is doing it with noble reasons. You can’t. Meanwhile tell us again about paying tolls. Idiot.

Then demonstrate exactly what the revenue stream is.

I'm just trying to figure out what the point is within the context of this overall thread?
The point is USSF, USSDA, STJ, THE CLUB or anyone else doesnt give 2 F's about us. They want the money. Dont believe me? Stop paying.
What would you have the TSJ do about this?
Nothing. I dont have a problem with capitalism. I have a problem with the governing body of US Soccer contributing to the downfall of US soccer by cashing in on the billion dollar youth market and perpetuating the cause of the declining numbers. It becomes corruption when a governing body attempts to create a monopoly for their own financial benefit .
The GDA was created as a revenue stream. They wont tell you that because of the optics.
That's just pure BS.
There's plenty to criticize about the USSF, but they are not making money on the DA. It is not a revenue stream for them. The money flows the other way. It could be argued they are not funding it enough, but they definitely aren't making a profit.
The DA showcases and playoffs are the only soccer tournaments in the country that are not making money. There is no entrance fee. They don't charge clubs to participate.
What a spokesperson!
The knights in shining armor, USSF, entered this space at their own cost to save our children from being undeveloped. In fact, they are so noble they are losing money. They should hire you. Maybe they ready have?
Not a spokesperson. I just don't like ignorance and stupidity. Claiming the GDA was created as a revenue stream for the USSF is ignorant and stupid. Claiming (as another post did) that the USSF only got into the youth soccer business in order to fund the adult national teams is even more so.
