The 2002 team my daughter plays on was 8th in the CCL when Mikey took over, then went on to finish in ECNL Playoff spots 2 years in a row. She had an amazing 2 years playing for Mikey, every player on her team got better.
How many new players were added to the roster?

Hey Tyler
Going out a limb here, but I'm guessing if it was Tyler, HE would refer to himself with the appropriate pronoun.
Plus, if you've dealt with Tyler, you'd this would not be his style...he's a really good guy.

How is it that you (act like you) know what the BRYC coaches get paid but somehow don't know that Tyler is a man and has stuck with the club for years?

Mikey is the girls ECNL director.
He simply doesn't have time or patience for teams that struggle or may have talent that needs to be developed.
Now if Tyler makes that team better and they begin show promise, maybe he'll consider them.
Until then, those girls should stay in their lane and out of his way.

Why didn’t Mikey take that team? Because they're the weakest team in the club and he thinks he’s above coaching them.
