He also built his own desktop and can swap out computer parts, operating systems, etc.

Np I would also say that kids in general do not have the "excitement" for getting their driving license or getting their own car. Hence, they have no desire to work on cars.

I have to admit that I do find it super sexy when men know how to do "manly" things like fix cars. I'm white collar myself, but I find it unappealing that so many white collar men can't do these things. My husband is a rarity in that he is an attorney but also very handy wth repairs. He grew up blue collar though.

Accidentally hit submit.
Anyway, condos, apartments, and TH developments aren’t particularly compatible with car repair. Even with SFH, lots of people live in developments with HOAs that frown upon such things as cars on blocks in driveways.
