Molly is great. I think we are past the point of it being considered a nickname. There are plenty of people named just Molly. And the poster w the Supreme Court test’s point doesn’t hold up when you consider how many actual names of Supreme Court justices are not “traditional” or formal sounding names. For middle names I like longer more formal sounding names: Katherine, Caroline, Elizabeth, Rebecca But it also depends on what your last name is...
