I think there must be either a lot very troubled folks out there, or very bored, and in either case they like to troll boards meant for families and communities.
All 3 kids went to/are at UMD-College Park. So everything worked out as planned. (Oldest now at Georgetown for Foreign Service.)

Less than 5% FARMs
Tight nit neighborhood school with a great park next door
recent renovation with great facilities
smaller class sizes (At least in my kids grades)
Amazing planetarium with unique curriculum
strong enrichment tracts
lots of affordable after school options and classes
long tenured teachers engaged with the community
Engaged PTA with lots events
really everything we wanted, very happy here
I didn't think that there were any MCPS schools with less than 5% FARMs honestly. We live in a very low FARMs area but it is still more than 5%.
I’m uncertain about exact stats, but there’s a lot of hidden poverty in the W schools, particularly among families you would never suspect.

But those kids finished HS and went to college, I am sure this isn't the first time the OP or their kids were poked fun at for living in the Einstein boundary and going there.

NP. My kids don't go to Einstein, but PP you're an ass. These are kids that you are criticizing and being a jerk to. Must suck to be such a spiteful person.
The parents of college students are "kids" ?
High school students are kids, yes?
