Never. Going off to college my Dad's only advice was to "treat women like you would want guys to treat your sisters." Jeez - talk about a heavy burden but I did my best while I'm sure I missed out on some fun. But no regrets and I gave my son the same advice.

I was in college in the 90s. I actually hated it when friends would leave with a random guy. You are supposed to help your friends stay safe...this was before cell phones so they just leave with a stranger and you hope they show up the next morning.

The only times I hooked up with random guys was while traveling at hostels. But I didn't have sex with them - given they were randomly hooking up with me I figured they were doing the same most nights and were probably walking diseases!

I’m a 35 yo female. Only once did I go home with a total stranger from a bar, though there were a couple of other times I might have hooked up with an acquaintance I ran into at a bar. After a bad breakup, I spent about a month in another country. Two weeks into the trip, I met a guy in a bar who looked a lot my recent ex (only younger). I was too drunk for it to be awkward, and it turned out to be surprisingly hot.

The closest I have ever come to having sex with someone I just met in person was someone I had chatted with over the internet and talked to by phone over a period of 6 months before our IRL meet.

Only once when I was about 27. I was at a very casual bar in a high end Florida town and met a 40+ married woman, also visiting, who lived in PA but whose husband worked in someplace like Montana. After a few drinks it was clear she was "lonely" and later she asked me to walk her to her car. It was a big SUV and we ended up in the back seat. It was my first and only time with a married woman and my only ONS. It was quite an evening!

Did this a few times in the 80s (in my 20s), including a particularly memorably forgotten NYE in 1989/1990.

And then there was our hotty law firm receptionist when I was an associate. Happy hour, then happier and happier. We even went out a few times after that, but it was all sizzle and no substance.
