My downfall is sweets. I love dark chocolate and cookies and indulge several times a week. That said, I also have a husband, two kids who play travel sports, a dog, a cat, and a demanding job so working out gives me the natural endorphins that is better than the prozac I would be otherwise pouring down my throat to deal with our hectic lives.
