These guys are also in after school sports outside of the system, camps, daycares, drama clubs, churches, Scouts. It is not a school problem per se.

I'm not a fan of MCPS, and I'm an MCPS teacher. However, Howard has only 76 schools; MCPS has 204 - soon to be 205, with the new ES.
So with regard to transparency, it's a little easier in Ho Co.

The something right is they have already had two other staff members arrested and one has gone to jail for 44 years. These kiddos are hyper aware of sexual abuse now. 3rd time they are not waiting around for the principal to protect them.
