Yes I have heard of the whole “no poo” movement plus how our skin needs to soak in its natural oils, etc.
But I do not buy it.
OP, a good catch is someone who won’t leave the house in the morning without a daily shower.
Were you even around in the '60s? I was, and Americans were bathing/showering daily then, unless they were elderly. Lots of people don't need to wash their hair every single day. Many of us always washed our hair daily, even back in the olden days of the '60s. It was just the same as now, in terms of cleanliness. It wasn't the freaking Dark Ages.

I'd cut ties with any woman like that. You have some serious hang-ups, IMO. Good sex is messy. Deal with it. And yes, many times we don't shower before, or after sex where sex itself is the immediate priority. Wipe off with a towel if you aren't too tired to get up get one (I usually think ahead and have one in reach), then cuddle each other to sleep.
If my woman felt she needed to jump up out of bed to shower right after having sex every time, we wouldn't last long at all.
I assume she meant he doesn't use a washcloth to clean himself after sex, and then doesn't shower for 24 hours.

That's my rant above and I'll stick with it. I don't think the mess of sex is something I have clean off myself with a washcloth after the act. That seems a bit excessive, if not OCD.

Ha ok well that is different.
I am in the camp of people who thinks it is gross to use a washcloth in the shower, but he should be using one after sex if he doesn't shower.

Why is a washcloth important? It's actually a breeding ground for bacteria. I use my hands to wash myself.

NP. I sure do. I think the wash cloth is gross. You wash your butt with that and then throw it in the laundry with the rest of your clothes?
Honestly, I don't like a wet cold towel hanging around. Ew. They take up space in the shower, too. then when they are less wet, you have to take them out and transfer them to the laundry. Every day. Eww. just not necessary.
