It's easier to say that then it is to explain why people can't fill their own containers with their own clean tap water. If Rush truly felt liberals made up the hurricane, he would not be evacuating. The fact he is exposed their lie. Rush simply felt that one can prepare six days out and one can't predict the path of a storm that far out. When the media starts hyperventilating, they stir up a panic and that does benefit retailers. Too many times in the past, the storm has changed track, etc, and people stop listening which creates a worse situation when it IS a huge deal. how many times have DCUMers complained about the same re: snow here?

So he believes that "tv companies," along with companies like Home Depot and Dasani, are manufacturing crises in order to bankroll the public.
Thats interesting because Big Oil is the clear winner when evacuation is issued (gasoline). Batteries and water can be stored anyway for the next storm (Jose or Katia or...) So why didn't he mention those companies?

Nope. He was quite clear about the fact the storm needed to be watched carefully, but also well-aware that a lot can change in five days as storms often change their track.
