If its a long story I already sat through..I say something.

Subject: When someone tells you that you have already told them something
I just say, yeah, you told me. Not a big deal. I appreciate it if someone tells me the same. Otherwise you just look stupid and never know it. Plus they will be less inclined to hang out with you because they don’t want to hear the same old dull stories again.
