although if you pair it up with shifts and distance learning it might be possible: Tech and Spanish Immersion and Montessori for day shift, Culinary and pre-Med for night shift + distance learning, and alternate them every quarter if need be.
i think it's doable.

Doable sure, almost anything that doesn't cause death or loss of property, or break laws, is doable. A good education and social experience for the kids, Not.
