Stay away from that farmer who likes to drink and has controlling parents.

Buy safe cars not fancy cars.
Always put safety first.

At some point in your career you are going to have to make a big decision - stay in the big corporate world or do something entrepreneurial. Only listen to two people, your father and your wife. Yeah, you don't yet have a wife but you already know her. One last thing, save a lot of money so you can make the right career decision.

Be careful about getting advice from friends about breaking up with boyfriends or girlfriends. They put less thought into it than you think and they will almost always recommend a breakup. That is either because they are jealous, tired of hearing about said lover, or a combination of the two.

I would say that having kids too early or too late is problematic. Too early is the real killer of dreams. COMPLETE your education before having them. That means charge through school, no fooling around. Get it DONE! Even if you are pregnant, scramble to finish school. Also, travel while you are a student. You will have to travel cheap, but it is doable.
Late childbearing means more health problems and feeling a need to work hard into your sixties. Not fun.
Best age to have the kids is 28-37.

That said, there is never a good time to have them. Don't terminate a pregnancy just for convenience. If you feel you want another kid, have another kid. If you want a large family, have a large family. Don't allow your spouse to talk you into not having them. You'll never forgive that person if you have regrets. My friends who went along with their spouses on this are angry and divorced, seeing the ex-spouse as selfish.

Do not smoke. Do not marry a smoker.

Take more risks. Stop stressing about marriage and babies. Choose better dates/partners.

Get vitamin D. Don't overdo it with the sunscreen, unless you are very light complexioned.
What you do with your body before age 50 is the biggest predictor of longevity. Huge Harvard study showed this.
Don't drink too much, if someone tells you that you drink too much, you should probably stop drinking. But don't wait for someone to say it.

Future partners might walk away if they find out you have been promiscuous. They won't tell you, they'll just leave.

No one will ever deny you anything if you don't have a tattoo. No job will be denied, no relationship will be denied.

Study as hard as you can in your teens and twenties, work as hard as you can in your thirties in terms of developing your career. Start to slow down in your forties.
