No they look goofy, own or don't, just don't try and walk an awkward line.

Really? I just can't see how they look goofy. It's like a tank top and bathing suit bottom. I feel like most people look fine in them. Huh.

After watching lady Gaga belly yesterday at the Superball, I will confidently wear my bikinies.

I think it's fine as long as the person wearing the 2 piece is comfortable with themselves. I see plenty of older women in bikinis and they look fine. I don't wear them because I don't like the way I look in but I do think they are more comfortable to wear than a one piece.

I'm 41. My stomach/abs are definitely the best part of my body. Flat and toned. No stretch marks from babies.

The back of my legs...not so much. Gravity is starting to take its toll despite very healthy eating, basically no alcohol, and exercise. I'm thin and fit but it looks different back there then it did 10 or 20 years ago. So makes no difference if I wear a one or two piece in that regard.

I don't wear a bathing suit that often, but I've always worn bikinis so just don't feel like switching yet. However, the last one I bought for a special vacation DH and I were taking was from that yoga store Athleta - they are MUCH more supportive in the chest area. I can't get away with the little stringy things I used to wear before aging, babies, BFing.

I'm an overweight, very hairy 50 year old man. I wear a thong and will do so for the rest of my life. I will be at Miami beach next weekend. Vomit bags will not be provided!

No stretch marks from losing all that fat?

I'm not this pp, but the one who has just lost 20 and working on 10 more. I have also had three babies and I don't have a single stretch mark. Some women are lucky in that way.

Is not common knowledge that you are either genetically predetermined to get them or not with weight loss. I am literally the only person of my friends who got them from pregnancy and I had a 25lb pregnancy!

NP here. I gained 50+ pounds over my pregnancies and don't have a single stretch mark. I also did nothing to avoid them (like using lotions etc). I think it all depends on how elastic the skin is which is largely genetic.

I'm 43 going on 44 and wear a two piece. I do not want attention. Nor am I reclaiming youth. I'm just more comfortable in a two piece. One pieces grab me in weird places, and are hard to pee in.
