Again, what Trump is promoting is different from this. He wants a special Commie-style parade of tanks, artillery, ICBMs, and troops down Pennsylvania Avenue.
Confident, strong democratic nations don't need to resort to such silliness. You'll know we have that kind of fire power when it falls on your head.
He needs to do this near military bases in depressed areas, and bring people in to see them, if he really wants to create jobs.
If he just wants to look like a third rate dictator, go ahead and have cold war era style soviet military parades in DC.

Sorry, as a military family of 26 years and with an active duty son, it's been part of my history for almost 3 decades, starting with my own boot camp graduation.
Just because you have no Military background doesn't mean "we" all do not.
Oh, here's the poster with the Marine son who disrespects his CIC
Oh, you might want to check yourself. High ranking people removed Obama's photo and replaced it with Trumps. Because they hate Obama. He sucked as CIC. His commutation of a transgender traitor was direct disrespect to every Service Member who is serving or ever served. He reduced Military pay by executive order and gave our troops less than the by law mandated raise because he gives no f-ks about our Service members.
Please enlist or commission today so you can show us how respectful you are of a CIC who pisses on your head and tells you it's raining.
The military has had more than enough of Obama.
BS. High ranking people don't share political views publicly and the smartest don't share them privately either.

Liar, just like your dear leader.
There aren't any single flags in that picture. They're all in groups.

The Revolutionary War was our first civil war. At the start of the Revolutionary War, we were all English.
Our second Civil War should have never been fought. Lincoln said he'd of allowed the south to retain slavery if it kept the union intact. Our second Civil War was fought over states' rights and taxes flowing from the south to industrialize the north. Lincoln was every bit the racist as was Jefferson Davis. Americans have been conned that the Civil War was fought over slavery. If the Confederate flag represents racism, which it does not, then so does the American flag. If we're gonna vanquish the Confederate flag over the fallacy that it represents racism, them we must also replace the American flag because the Union was every bit as racist, if not more so, than was the Confederacy.
You've swallowed a gullibility potion. No, the Civil War was totally about slavery.
So you know nothing about Civil War history. You're one of many tens of million dumbed down Americans. So you're not foundering along in stupidity.
Who knows nothing? PP is right about the gullibility potion.
Anyone who has fallen for the propaganda that the Civil War was about slavery has no tacos on his combo platter. All you gotta do is remove all other issues and ask yourselves: if slavery was the only issue causing the Civil War, would whites of that era had slaughtered each other?
Never try to analyze history outside of the era in which an historical event occurred.
Because some whites wanted slaves and some didn't. Maybe you should mind your tacos.

When you're actually patriotic, you don't have to wrap yourself up in the flag and carry a cross.
Thank you for this. I am always suspicious of people who need to advertise their values because in my experience those who " advertise" the most live it the least. My view is a bipartisan one--these people exist across the political spectrum.
