This tweet confirms that Tillerson is a head fake.

Tillerson for SOS is just another Trumpian head fake. It won't be Tillerson.

I think it will be that Senator with a lot of foreign policy experience because confirmation by the Senate will be smooth sailing for one of their brothers, and he won't outshine Trump.

We got too much fracking oil at home to make it worth invading elesewhere for oil, at least for now.
If anything OPEC and non-OPEC (Russia) are cutting production to increase prices because there is just too much oil around right now.
