What's most disturbing to me is that every piece of evidence showing that this is not true just because a piece of the conspiracy for believers. Short of shutting down the internet I really don't see how you can combat this garbage

given election results, I would say there are around 60 million who believe this crap

Based on some quick Googling, I think your post is fake news. Obama said that Obamacare would lower the premiums of the "typical family" -- not "everyone" -- by $2500. But, most news analysis and the analysis of the CBO suggested that most premiums would increase. Fake news reported that there would be death panels. I couldn't find any traditional "real news" site that made the claim that you say they made. Perhaps you can point me to your source?

I think people who read the Podesta emails on WikiLeaks jumped to some conclusions. If you read the twitter.com/#podestaemails this was a common theme in the comments. They really did seem to be talking in code to me, although I'm sure the code had nothing to do with child abuse. But you can see how such strange conversation, once exposed (which it shouldn't have been), could lend itself to conspiracy theories.

I know the identity of the person who tweeted about me because she used her real name (or at least it appears that way). She is in Canada. I don't now anything else about her, however.

No - don't know. But I suspect this must have been the work of the Russians, at least on some level.
