Pretty much stopped reading here. Figured the rest of the rant was equally misinformed.
Different poster here...but DC Metro is certainly a joke, and you'd know if you had lived in any other big or capital city in a developed cointry, or even here in DC twenty years ago.
Let me guess, you are in high school.
Or work in WMATA.

The ONLY thing DC can do is parking enforcement.
Not in our NW neighborhood. We have traffic jams on Mass ave and MacArthur almost every day because of cars parked in the rush hour lanes.
Parking enforcement knows better than to ticket cars in you NW neighborhood. How long would it be before your neighbors start to complain about the tickets? How long before one of your neighbors complains to the parking enforcement officer that they should ticket in another part of the city?

Does DS know why the wheels of his bmw should be turned toward the curb, when parked on an incline?

You probably find racist undertones in every single thread, article and book you read, and every single person you encounter. You make yourself uncomfortable. Ask for professional help.
I've been on this blog since 2002 and I have never experienced the type of racism that has been displayed as this year. I've never been uncomfortable or offended. Now, totally different. I know this is not what Jess wants for this site.
I agree its gotten worse since the Macedonians and their ilk found the site.

Yet people are moving here in droves; go figure.
They all leave when kids show up.

+1. Credit is due where credit is due. DC does a very good job with its DMV, no question about it.
