Speaking as a short woman... that is the one thing I envy about tall women. Ohhhhhhh how I would LOVE that

Short men that are insecure are insecure due to their arrested development not their lack of height.
No, they're insecure because of their height. And they should be. Short men are creepy. I'm not super tall (5'10") but when I was single I never dated a man that was shorter than me. It just didn't make me feel feminine. I always felt like short men were sizing me up like I was some kind of sexual treehouse to climb and explore. Creepy, creepy, creepy.
Plus (with occasional exceptions) taller men typically have more to offer in the bedroom, and I've never found myself in a situation where I was thinking "wow, I wish that was a little smaller".
You have, as they say, issues.

I like 'em BIG!!!!
I can't handle too big...it hurts. I will stick with my 5'8" talented guy. We are exactly the same height so we can always kiss without bending or stretching.
You're gross. We get it. Can you please stop now?

I believe height is positively associated with men and that that positive association carries over to tall women.
My husband is 3 inches shorter than I am, and he kind of gets some respect for landing a "big" fish.
