But every show with women always has 4 women and they all have the same four personalities.

Agree. SATC is just another version of Living Single with white woman and better clothes.

Carrie = Khadijah. Journalists looking for love.
Miranda = Max. Lawyers caught up in being career women, who have one night stands that turn into the loves of their lives.
Charlotte = Synclaire. Sweet and innocent.
Samantha = Regine. Always chasing a man.

She's a fabulously successful actress, despite being average looking. Talented, hard working lady.

People's obsession with her appearance doesn't say good things about our society.

But untalented. It's a shame she's successful.

Untalented, seriously? She made her Broadway debut as a child and played Annie in Annie. SJP can really sing, among other talents.

Well, the poster you quoted said SJP is talented, so clearly you disagree on that point. Why do you think it's a shame she's successful? You obviously don't think she's attractive, and you've said you think she's talentless, so you can't be upset that she is successful for her looks. You didn't dispute that she's hardworking. Also, she's not a poor role model, like many celebrities -doesn't seem to have issues with drugs or alcohol or throw cell phones at underlings or cheat on her taxes, and has a successful marriage & family life. I just don't understand why is it a shame that someone who by all accounts is a hard worker and decent, hardworking, member of society is successful. It's one thing not to care for her yourself, but I'd much rather teen girls see her as a role model than most other actresses working today.

Because she ignores affairs. She is successful at that.

She then sounds crazy. But every show with women always has 4 women and they all have the same four personalities.

You and I are the same person.

I am you and we are Charlotte, together.

Funny thing about Carrie. She popularized women's shoes as status symbols, seemingly.

I couldn't get over the shallow, so I really could not watch for any duration.

(Samantha is posting signs about Richard on a street pole.)
Female police officer: Ma'am, it's against city law to deface public property.
Samantha: This man said he loved me and I caught him eating another woman's pussy.
Female police officer: Carry on, ma'am.

OMG! Can you imagine?!?!
