Agree with everything except do it for them. Do it for yourself OP! Go to the salon and have your hair colored and blown out once in awhile. Have one splurge away from the kids once a month - shopping, hair or something else. I joined the Y and used the free childcare for 2 hours when I had a toddler and baby. They will survive, you’ll get healthy and confident and feel good and sane.
